We deliver inset training, which supports the teachers on your programme and contributes to CPD points. Our consultant will explain the natural style of each member of the group. The group goes on to discuss the impact of different styles and how this new knowledge will help teachers to get the best out of every student.
1/2 day workshop for exploring each person's preferred working patterns and natural approach to teaching
Training is suitable for teachers and tutors working in 14-19 education. The workshops have a coaching feel and contain elements of NLP and body language. Training can be provided at schools and colleges in house or at our training centre in Derby, as part of public workshops.
The sessions are facilitated by experienced, qualified consultants, with interactive breakout sessions.
A written report is provided for each delegate, describing their natural style and effectiveness in the classroom.
Training is accompanied by a handbook for teachers and tutors, which details how to manage different learner styles in the classroom, and which students will work in harmony with the teacher's own.
