Working and Learning Patterns

You are the expert on yourself
The footprint is a unique self assessment questionnaire. As you are the expert on yourself, we always ask the student or teacher to think of themselves at school when completing it.
Natural working and learning patterns
Your responses allows us to describe your natural working and learning patterns. Those which you use most during the working day.
Perceptions of your environment and yourself combine into a five factor model, with each dimension representing a unique element of your behavioural and learning approach.
The graphic in your report displays your primary working strength, i.e., whether you are a driver, influencer, steadier or calculator, although this will often be supported by other strengths and skills.
