Why Crocodiles?

Our programme helps students and teachers to understand the unique working  patterns we each have, where they come from and how to use them to succeed.

We all respond differently to a challenge

A crocodile in the room certainly would trigger a visceral ‘fight-or-flight’ response.

Our assessment interprets the responses which are part of our natural working and learning styles. The presence of a crocodile in the room is used to explain different responses to daily challenges.

The crocodile characters are designed to reflect various working styles, with the most fitting graphic being selected for each person.              

Crocodiles are not people!

By using crocodiles instead of people we can discuss natural behaviours without resorting to stereo-typing.

Generic Branding

Our clients can choose between the 'crocodile' programme and a generic version which uses a combination graphic for the working and learning patterns a person has.

The programme is presented using the school or college logos and corporate colours.
