The 'Talking to Crocodiles' programme is a practical process that allows students and teachers to understand what motivates them and how to use their natural working style to learn more effectively. This knowledge is used to improve performance.  

Our system is used nationally by students and their teachers and is appropriate for those in 14-19 education.

The programme has 5 components:

1. The On-line footprint assessment takes 15 minutes to complete. 
It measures natural working and learning patterns.

2. The INSET training is for teachers and tutors of those in 14-19 education.
It provides valuable insight into how to get the best out of each student.

3. The workshop engages students in the programme.
Students learn how to interact with others and apply their strengths.

4. The student reports personalise the programme for each student.
Feedback and approach to learning. Personal statement and the World of Work.

5. The teacher reports  are presented in an 'In-Tune' format giving working pattern data about each of their students.
