Our management team works with selected innovative partners to jointly further the use of soft skills assessments within the 14-19 curriculum. The excellence model features monitoring of data and outputs to continuously improve the delivery of programme ojectives.

Our model involves training key staff whose work impacts on development in years 9 through to 13. 

We offer public training courses from our partner locations and invite interested education professionals from the region to visit and experience the programme in action.

This allows the sharing of best practice, the networking of ideas and showcases innovative and dynamic thinking.

A case study will allow tutors and teachers to have a positive effect on continuous product improvement.

Benefits of this relationship include a raised profile within the ‘emotional intelligence’  education community, discounted training sessions and workshops and the possibility of outreaching to other schools and teacher training colleges locally.

The centre of excellence model shares best practice and explores future joint revenue streams for new products and services in the emotional intelligence arena.
