Interpreting the Graphics
The reports provided are all presented with a main graphic (Driver, Influencer, Steadier or Calculator), and supported by a second graphic with five factors which make up a person's soft-skills profile.
The main graphic is designed to reflect the most powerful factor in a person’s working style. This is the one which is used most of the time. However, a person is likely to have additional working strengths, demonstrated in the second chart graphic, which displays their working strengths, supportive factors and their personal approach to learning.

This person has a Steadier working style, although this is accompanied by qualities of the Calculator also. Supporting this are the Wonderer and Thinker factors. Alongside their working style, is the Reflective learning style, i.e., this person is likely to prefer time to prepare, research and evaluate during lessons.
