Approach to Teaching

The Approach to Teaching report is produced for all tutors who take the footprint assessment (generally carried out prior to inset training, and then discussed as part of the session).

The report outlines your approach to teaching with reference to your primary working strength, displayed with a crocodile graphic (this can be a driver, influencer, steadier or calculator.
