  • Self Awareness Profile
A multi-context report that gives an overview of an individual’s preferred working style as well as their qualities, foundations, motivators and values to an organisation. Additionally, it incorporates how the person is adapting their style in order to cope in their current circumstances. Changes to style are not uncommon, but may occasionally be a source of stress. Available as instant feedback to the completer of the diagnostic, this can therefore be an invaluable discussion document in developmental meetings – particularly when partnered with one or more of the role-specific reports.

For use by Coach, Consultancies and the coaching manager or leader to support the development of skills, relationships and performance with Coachees of the various learning and behavioural styles.
  • Response to Coaching
Used by the Coach with the Client/Coachee to help expedite relationship building and productivity in early interventions. In-Tune(R) Coach-Client matching tool also available. Visit the COACHES and CASE STUDY pages.
  • Soft Skills Summary
Profile of the soft skills requirements for Job Vacancies. Created by completion of our Job Footprint® diagnostic by the employer. May be used in isolation to inform Job Descriptions and Interviews. Combined with the unique Self Awareness automated Job-Matching system, however, the soft-skills profile generated may then be used to create Short Lists of Candidates according to their closeness of fit with the profile of the job. See EMPLOYABILITY and CONTACT us for more information.
  • Candidate Feedback
Ideal for use in employability sessions to determine and help individuals articulate their contribution to the workplace in order to make informed career decisions and successful application and interview strategies. Powerful as a complete solution when used in conjunction with the Soft Skills Summary above in the unique Self Awareness automated Job-Matching system, where Candidates' soft-skills profiles are compared with those of an Employer's Job vacancy. See EMPLOYABILITY and CONTACT us for more information.
  • Candidate Profile
Ideal for use in employability activities, in conjunction with the above Candidate Feedback report, as a profile of the individual for prospective employers. Also used by employers when reviewing Short Lists from our unique Self Awareness automated Job-Matching system, where Candidates' soft-skills profiles are compared with those of an Employer's Job vacancy. See EMPLOYABILITY and CONTACT us for more information.
  • Entrepreneurial Skills
At a time when business leaders increasingly seek to identify Entrepreneurial skills in their organisation, this report is invaluable in Employability and staff development discussions to support articulation of the attributes both Candidates and staff might offer. Considers the person's qualities, probable challenges and coping strategies.
  • Approach to New Learning and Skills
Just as people display various styles of preferred behaviour when working, they also develop a variety of ways to cope with new tasks, skills, learning and training. Broadly based on four patterns of learning – Realistic, Active, Reflective and Analytical – this report is designed to give information on how an individual prefers to take on new knowledge and skills, those strategies which will suit him best and how he may react to different learning and development methods. Suitable for use with either new or existing staff to inform both choices and plans for induction, training and development.
